In preparation for the May RTF meeting the RTF staff and CAT would like to solicit feedback on the development of a new ductless heat pump measure for electric resistance zonal single family and manufactured homes. This measure would have two applications: One-to-One installations and Upgrades. The Upgrade is designed to be additive to the One-to-One application and offer a whole home ductless heat pump option. We will be reviewing the measure specifications, home screening, savings analysis, and costs.
